Vaccinations: We are working with our Medical Advisory Committee to create clear safety guidelines to bring us together in person once again. At this time, full vaccination (as recommended by the CDC) for COVID-19 is required to attend in person programs. If you have questions about vaccines please visit the CDC’s website – https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/recommendations/specific-groups.html
COVID-19 Testing: Testing for COVID-19 will be expected to attend in-person program. At this time, our Medical Advisory Committee has stated it is too far in advance to determine the testing algorithm based on current infection rate. We will provide more information on testing requirements as we get closer to the in-person camp sessions.
Masks: Masks will be required for all campers and volunteer staff attending in-person programs while indoors, and when in close proximity outdoors when outside of designated cohorts.
**** All information presented above is subject to change with advice from our Medical Advisory Committee as the climate of COVID-19 is constantly changing. Okizu always prioritizes the safety of our campers and staff and we will continue to do so moving forward.*****
