What type of technology do I need at home to attend this virtual gal?
All you need is a computer or mobile device to log in! If you want to really immerse yourself in the experience, we encourage you to connect your laptop to your television.

How will I receive auction items I win?
After the event, the Okizu team will contact you to coordinate pickup and delivery of your items. Paper certificates, gift cards, and small items will be mailed. Most bulky items will be available for pick-up on select dates at the Okizu office in Novato, or we can arrange for delivery by volunteers. Delivery outside of Northern California may require additional shipping charges. Please note that we cannot ship alcohol, except where noted in the item description and you must be 21+.

Do I have to check out online?
No. If you prefer to pay by cash, check, or credit card over the phone, do not process your payment at the end of the event. We will contact you after the event to arrange payment.

Is my donation tax deductible?
Tickets purchased for $100 are 100% tax deductible. Sponsorships and tickets with the dinner delivery enhancement are tax deductible minus the fair market value of goods and services received. Detailed receipts will be sent by mail.

Dinner Delivery:
If you ordered dinner, please note that your meal will require simple re-heating. Instructions will be provided. Deliveries by McCalls Catering and Events will arrive between 11am and 4pm on Saturday, March 20.
